Yahoo Sports NFL on Malik Nabers

Nabers' 27-yard leaping catch sparked McCarthy's rhythm in comeback bid.

Malik Nabers ran a deep over route and McCarthy let rip with a throw down the seam that Nabers hauled in with a leaping grab for 27 yards; this was McCarthy's second completion and the one that really seemed to get him going. Nabers also made another deep connection later to set up a quick field goal, and his second-down catch was just short of the marker late in the game, showing consistent involvement in McCarthy's offense.
