Yahoo Sports NFL on Caleb Williams

Williams' command and decision-making suggest elite QB trajectory alongside Maye.

Caleb Williams was fantastic on Thursday night; the Bears quarterback was in command the whole game and seemed to have the answers to what the Patriots were throwing at him. His third-down throw to Rome Odunze where he shook off Christian Elliss at the goal line was great, and his arm strength is close to breathtaking. The source was most impressed by his ability to play within himself and not make stupid decisions when throwing. If he can stay healthy, he and Drake Maye are going to be two of the best quarterbacks in the league for many years to come.
