Samuel expected back after bye; will reduce Watkins/Cowing opportunity.

Expected to return after bye week following Week 7 vs Falcons; his return will push Watkins and Cowing down the pecking order, making Week 7 a critical opportunity for both receivers to establish themselves before Samuel's return increases competition for targets.
