The Falcoholic on Kyle Pitts

Pitts' slot usage surged to season-high 17 routes; should be prioritized more early in games.

Pitts ran a season-high 17 slot routes against Chicago, easily surpassing the seven he ran against Carolina. The source argues Pitts should be used more in the slot following Olamide Zaccheaus' poor play and Branch's disastrous game, and can be maximized in short-to-intermediate areas despite being a unique deep threat. He proved last year he can consistently make defenders miss and run through contact after the catch, with improved blocking that allows him to play more in-line and create mismatches with his explosiveness off the line.
