Lions' new punt returner Carter praised for downhill aggression and seam-finding ability.

Lions signed Carter as their new punt returner ahead of Week 7 vs. Packers. Campbell praised Carter's playing style extensively: "catch-and-get downhill" with "no taking your foot off the gas," natural ball location, and ability to find seams and hit them with speed.
