McKee starting; Fangio expects functional offense despite QB limitations.

Vic Fangio acknowledges that Tanner McKee is the Eagles' quarterback for this game and tempers expectations accordingly. Fangio is not expecting every offensive problem to disappear in one game, especially with McKee at quarterback, but expects the coaching staff to put a functional offense on the field and give him a chance to succeed against the Cowboys' vulnerable defense.
