Positive signalRole

Williams' presence is essential for Bears offense to reach its ceiling.

The source emphasizes that for the Bears offense and team to reach its ceiling, Williams must be on the field and playing at a high level; the team went 2-1 in his absence, but his presence is essential. His ability to extend plays and throw darts down the field, combined with his willingness to take off and escape the pocket when needed, gives the team a chance to win big every weekend.
