Cousins leads NFL in TDs and outperformed expectations with Kubiak system.

Cousins leads the NFL with 14 touchdown passes and has played significantly better than expected this season, benefiting from familiarity with offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak (three years together in Minnesota). The Raiders rank sixth in points per game (27.0) and seventh in passing yards per game (263.5) with Cousins at the helm. Despite a three-game losing streak, Cousins remains far from the team's biggest problem and has kept the Raiders competitive in two of the three losses.
