FantasyPros - Fantasy Football Podcast on Jalen Hurts

No smash start vs. Carolina despite favorable matchup; consider streaming.

Despite Carolina being a favorable matchup, there is nothing encouraging about the Eagles offense this year to suggest Hurts is a smash start even against a defense like Carolina. The source notes that if roster space allows, streaming options like Kirk Cousins (ranked 14 vs Hurts at 13-14) or Jameis Winston may be preferable, though Hurts has upcoming good matchups (Dallas, Washington) that make dropping him risky.
