Tied for WR58 in half-PPR points per game at 6.9; hasn't cleared 10.0 half-PPR points since Week 3. Was WR23 in Week 2 and WR34 in Week 3—his high-water marks this season. Source says it's completely reasonable to cut Downs in 10-team leagues or 12-team formats with small benches. However, Downs is in final year of rookie contract and rumored as trade candidate ahead of November 10 deadline. In leagues with medium or deep benches, holding Downs hoping for trade to fantasy-friendly destination (49ers, Rams, Seahawks, Chiefs) is defensible.
