I'm happy to be going back to Omar Cooper. We got the news that Adonai Mitchell will return, so his presence could really send Cooper's value down, but I really like the matchup against the Dolphins. We can't expect 20+ fantasy point outings for Cooper every week, but Geno Smith is averaging 223 yards per game right now, so we could have multiple fantasy-relevant starters here.
