I'm still starting Chase Brown as my RB11. Brown lost a fumble in Cincinnati's last game before the bye, and Perine finished with 14 carries to Brown's 13. Brown has caught 24 passes through five games, and Cincinnati hasn't said his receiving role is changing. Zac Taylor specifically praised Brown's blitz pickup this week - I still expect him to play passing downs.
