Pats Pulpit on Drake Maye

Maye's mobility and decision-making earning praise from opposing HC Ben Johnson.

Outside of an interception and some pre-snap issues identifying pressure, Drake Maye was excellent Thursday night as he kept the Patriots competitive with the Bears. Chicago head coach Ben Johnson left impressed, saying 'He's an outstanding player. It's very hard to bottle him up. You only rush four, and he finds a way if he doesn't see anything down the field to find an open gap and skirt on through.' Johnson also praised Maye's ability to find outlets and dumps for catch-and-run opportunities, noting 'He's caught his rhythm now at this point of the season and probably will continue to do that.'
