Purdy threw an interception and was sacked in 49ers' loss.

Purdy had a mixed performance in the 49ers' loss, hanging in with pressure to find McCaffrey for 24 yards, hitting Kittle for first downs, rolling out to hit tight ends for first downs, and firing deep passes to Watkins; however, he threw an interception on what was intended to be a throwaway to Jessie Bates, missed high on throws to Cooks and Black, threw it low and early to McCaffrey, and was sacked by Za'Darius Smith on fourth down to end a drive.
