McCarthy's skill set unlocks 20% more of Giants' playbook vs. Winston.

McCarthy's acquisition enables the Giants to unlock more of their playbook compared to Jameis Winston; offensive coordinator Matt Nagy noted that McCarthy's skill set is similar to Jaxson Dart's, allowing roughly 20 percent of the 30 percent of the offense that was previously unavailable to return, increasing the ceiling of the Giants' season.
