From the episode

Michael Wilson had the fourth most targets of any wide receiver in the NFL...he's still actively involved...this guy was the wide receiver two overall in the back half of last season when Marvin Harrison Jr. was down...I think Michael Wilson is solidly a top 15 to 20 wide receiver rest of season and that is absolutely not the price you have to pay for him right now.

Wilson's 7 targets per game justify top-15 WR projection despite quiet stats

Fourth-most targets of any wide receiver in NFL despite quiet two-week showing (four catches for 30 yards vs. Lions, four for 32 vs. Rams); still received seven targets in each game. Source is targeting him most aggressively of all buy-lows. Was WR2 overall in back half of last season when Marvin Harrison Jr. was out; now with Harrison traded to Houston, Wilson should solidly be top-15 to top-20 WR rest of season at current discount price. Cardinals will play catch-up more, creating favorable game scripts for Wilson to feast.
