Roush is the backup tight end with limited current role but injury upside.

Roush played 21% of snaps with a 9% route share; the Bears seem to trust the rookie tight end if not to the same extent as Cole Kmet; may see increased role if Kmet's knee injury sidelines him for an extended period.
