Rodriguez Jr. is handcuff-only behind Tuten; no stand-alone value.

Rodriguez Jr. has little if any stand-alone value as the Jaguars' No. 2 running back behind Bhayshul Tuten, who has convincingly seized the lead role. Rodriguez doesn't catch passes, but he is a compelling handcuff as the clear No. 2 in a good offense.
