FantasyPros Articles on Brock Purdy

Purdy's WR injuries (Pearsall, Evans, Samuel, Aiyuk out) crippled Week 7; bye provides recovery time.

Brock Purdy struggled with zero help at wide receiver; Ricky Pearsall, Demarcus Robinson and De'Zhaun Stribling are on injured reserve, Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel are hurt, and Brandon Aiyuk remains benched. Purdy passed for 288 yards against a stout Atlanta secondary but threw multiple interceptions and was under constant duress. His only real options were checking down to Christian McCaffrey (who also picked up an injury) or George Kittle. San Francisco has a bye in Week 8.
