FantasyPros Articles on Isaiah Likely

Likely 2 rec, 12 yards; hip injury vs. Houston, bye week for recovery.

Experienced an unwelcome start to the J.J. McCarthy era in New York, catching just two passes for 12 yards on four targets against Houston; part of his struggles came from increased attention from a stingy defense, especially cornerback Derek Stingley; appeared to be tackled in a hip-drop style on one of his catches and limped around the field until the end of the game; New York is on a bye in Week 8 to let him rest and recover before a pivotal Week 9 road divisional matchup against Philadelphia.
