Sampson inherits receiving role with Sanders sidelined; reliable PPR flex option.

Cleveland's offensive scheme heavily relies on using backs as receiving options; through seven weeks, Sampson and Raheim Sanders (hip) have seen at least three targets in four games, and Sanders' IR stint means Sampson will be the only option for that receiving role in the immediate future, making him a low-end flex play in PPR leagues.
