Evans' established role reduces 49ers' urgency to trade for Thomas.

The source identifies Mike Evans as an established offensive weapon for the 49ers, part of the context explaining why San Francisco may not prioritize a trade for Brian Thomas Jr. Evans' presence alongside George Kittle suggests the 49ers have sufficient receiving depth and could instead focus on retaining Jauan Jennings rather than investing draft capital in Thomas.
