Vele scored 1-yard TD and made key third-down conversions for Saints.

Vele was a key target for Tyler Shough in the Saints offense, converting a third down with a 14-yard reception early in the game, making a 24-yard connection on 3rd-and-long in the third quarter, and catching a 1-yard touchdown pass on 4th-and-goal to tie the game at 10-10; his multiple touches and red-zone involvement demonstrated his offensive role.
