The source is 'actually buying this one' and plans to 'move Omar Cooper Jr. way up my rest of season rankings.' The source is higher on Geno Smith than average and believes the Jets have competent offensive tools, though A.D. Mitchell's return from finger injury could impact Cooper's role.
