Yahoo Sports NFL on Matthew Stafford

Stafford's 187 yards, 3 TDs in balanced Week 6 attack; confident in dual-RB system.

Matthew Stafford told Pat McAfee that the Rams' balanced offensive attack in Week 6—199 rushing yards paired with his 187 passing yards and three touchdowns—represents perhaps the first time the Rams showed a truly balanced run-vs-pass attack all season, and it worked. Stafford expressed enthusiasm about the interchangeable nature of his running back duo, stating he doesn't care which back gets the work as long as he can keep working with both of them, suggesting confidence in the Rams' offensive direction moving forward.
