Perine steals goal-line work from Brown; handcuff bet on split shift.

Samaje Perine keeps eating into Chase Brown's work near the goal line, stealing a touchdown Sunday and logging fourteen carries two weeks ago. Brown still owns the snaps and early downs, so this is a handcuff bet that the split keeps shifting if Cincinnati's offense stays stuck. FAAB: 2-5%.
