Likely's shallow route freezes Texans defense on Tracy TD; blocks at second level

Likely was released into a shallow route to the right on Tyrone Tracy's touchdown play, designed to freeze the Texans' defense by creating the potential of a zone-read. His route, combined with the extended mesh between McCarthy and Tracy, froze Clowney, Lassiter, and M.J. Stewart. Likely also got into position at the second level on Skattebo's 16-yard touchdown run.
