Skattebo's 42-yard OT run set up game-winning FG; best running lane of pro career.

Skattebo delivered the critical game-winning play in OT: a 42-yard run up the middle on 2nd and 1 at the NYG 28-yard line (8:23 in OT). The Giants lined up in a run formation with FB/TE Ricard as the 2nd TE on the right side of a 3-TE set; the Giants' line blasted through Houston's defensive front, and Skattebo had perhaps the best running lane of his pro career, with no Texans body covering the second level beyond the DL. He outraced the secondary until Lassiter brought him down, putting the Giants well within FG range and effectively clinching the win.
