Field Gulls on CeeDee Lamb

Lamb torched Woolen for 30-yard gain and corner-of-end-zone touchdown in Cowboys win.

Wide receiver CeeDee Lamb exploited cornerback Riq Woolen's poor coverage in the Cowboys' 38-21 win over the Eagles. Lamb beat Woolen for a 30-yard completion to the Eagles' nine-yard line with 12 seconds left in the first half (though Lamb lost his balance and had to crawl out of bounds, limiting the damage to a field goal). Later in the third quarter, Lamb was smoked by Woolen in the corner of the end zone for a 16-yard touchdown that gave Dallas a 28-21 lead with 1:30 remaining. The source credits Lamb with contributing 11 points to the Cowboys' victory thanks to Woolen's coverage failures.
