Young received an A+ grade in Year 4 after an almost unheard-of career turnaround; nobody expected him to revive his career the way he has. Despite some limitations to his game, they haven't shown up much this season. Coaching matters, but Young deserves significant credit for the turnaround, and the Panthers front office and fans should feel confident they have a franchise quarterback.
