On the other side, Treylon Burks runs a streak right down the seam. This combination is a great one to attack single-high safety coverages like the one the Cowboys play here. Unfortunately, Daniels puts just slightly too much on the pass and despite Burks making a full diving effort, the ball grazes his fingertips and falls incomplete.

Burks nearly caught a 55-yard TD on a seam route against Dallas; execution fell short.

Burks ran a streak down the seam on the Rider play-action concept against the Cowboys. Jayden Daniels threw to Burks on the go route after reading the safety playing shallow on Terry McLaurin's high cross. Burks made a full diving effort but the ball grazed his fingertips and fell incomplete; if Daniels had taken a yard off the throw, Burks would have had an uncontested 55-yard touchdown.
