Allen's two-TD Week 7 shows upside despite limited 14-target season usage.

Allen posted a two-score performance in Week 7, marking his second season with multiple touchdowns. Over his four-year career, he has been targeted only 71 times, catching 50 passes for 425 yards and six touchdowns (70%+ catch rate), but has been targeted just 14 times this season and cracked 100 receiving yards only once in a season, indicating underutilization despite his efficiency.
