Yahoo Sports NFL on Baker Mayfield

Mayfield threw for just 64 yards in the Buccaneers' 43-13 win over the Panthers.

Mayfield passed for just 64 yards in the Buccaneers' 43-13 blowout win over the Panthers, as Tampa Bay's dominant rushing attack—with three running backs combining for 246 yards—made the passing game unnecessary; this demonstrates how the Panthers' historically poor run defense (153.2 yards per game allowed, 5.2 yards per carry) can neutralize opposing quarterbacks.
