Stribling's IR return limits 49ers' WR trade deadline flexibility

De'Zhaun Stribling is among the injured receivers the 49ers have returning from injured reserve, which constrains the team's ability to add receiver help at the trade deadline without having to cut multiple current roster players; the source notes it's difficult to see the 49ers cutting more than one of Jordan Watkins, Christian Kirk, or Jacob Cowing.
