"Like I told you guys, he's still the starter," LaFleur said. "It's collective... the ball is moving, but we have to finish jobs."

Brissett confirmed as Cardinals starter; LaFleur cites collective offensive issues, not QB play.

Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur confirmed Brissett remains the starter despite a 30-16 loss to Denver in Week 7. LaFleur emphasized offensive struggles are collective rather than quarterback-specific, noting the Cardinals have reached the red zone 10 times over the last two games but failed to finish drives. Brissett leads the league with 282 passing attempts through seven games, completing 65% for 1,600 yards, 10 touchdowns, and 6 interceptions; the high attempt volume reflects Arizona playing from behind frequently.
