Williams runs drag-to-sit on 4th & 4; vertical release on final 3rd & 5 play

Williams runs a drag route followed by a Sit route in the middle of the field on the 4th & 4 Mesh Sit concept as part of the second-level read progression; on the 3rd & 5 play, Williams releases vertically to the inside as part of what initially appears to be an Arches concept.
