Video: Rookies Are Blasting Off Everywhere
Terrence Ferguson is more of the stash variety. We have a lot of uncertainty surrounding his health. As soon as he does, though, he is, in my opinion, quite clearly the number two pass catcher in this offense behind Puka.

Ferguson is a stash with upside as the clear #2 pass catcher once healthy.

Ferguson is a stash candidate with significant upside once he returns from an ankle injury. He is quite clearly the number two pass catcher in this offense behind Puka with limited target competition. At 6'5", he's characterized as an athletic freak and special talent that is not even a real tight end but a huge athletic monster and matchup nightmare. The offense showed strong interest in featuring him heavily in week two against the Giants and was trending positively in week three before injury. If he returns and stays healthy, he is expected to claim the number two pass-catching role with plenty of opportunity available.
