I'm willing to essentially give the entire Panthers offense a pass for their dismal Week 7 effort against a very good Buccaneers defense. We're still looking at a guy who racked up 23, 21 and 29 touches in the previous three games. Hubbard has finished outside fantasy's top-12 RBs just once all season! The Packers' defense has been playing better in recent weeks, but we're still talking about a bottom-6 group in fantasy points allowed to the position.
