Willis slow in processing reads; rated among worst for on-target throws.

Willis is slow in processing what he sees on the field despite understanding the plays conceptually. The source identifies this processing speed as a key weakness, noting he is rated among the worst for on-target throws, though occasional flashes of mid-range accuracy (2-3 passes per game) suggest inconsistency rather than complete inability.
