Yahoo Sports NFL on Matthew Golden

Golden's absence would elevate Watson to WR1 status.

Golden was estimated as a 'DNP' for both walkthroughs through Tuesday ahead of a Thursday Night Football meeting with the Panthers in Week 8 with a shoulder/foot injury. Fantasy managers should wait for the team's final injury report Wednesday before making any decisions. An absence from Golden would thrust Christian Watson into WR1 territory, while Savion Williams and Tucker Kraft would see slight upticks in ceiling.
