Jennings' target share plummeted from 6.0 to 1.6 per game in Minnesota trade.

Jori Epstein notes Jauan Jennings' production has collapsed in Minnesota compared to San Francisco; he averaged six targets per game with the 49ers but only 1.6 targets per game with the Vikings. While Epstein acknowledges Jennings' value extends beyond production through blocking and physicality in the run game, the Vikings are not getting value from their one-year deal worth up to $8 million with $6.13 million guaranteed, suggesting Minnesota should trade him back to San Francisco.
