Coleman's 54-yard return and 30-snap workload signal imminent lead-back takeover.

Coleman immediately made an impact upon returning from injury in Week 7 against the Cardinals with 54 rushing yards on 9 carries plus 15 yards receiving. He played 30 offensive snaps compared to just 14 for J.K. Dobbins, signaling a significant role increase. Sean Payton has already said the rookie deserves more touches, and Coleman is looking like the most explosive runner in Denver's backfield, positioning him to take over as the lead running back.
