Jacobs returns for second game; ineffective last week but faces 32nd-ranked Panthers rush defense

Josh Jacobs is returning for his second game of the season after missing most of the Packers' recent span due to injury. He wasn't a very effective rusher in his first game back as he shakes off the rust, but the Panthers' rush defense is 32nd in every rushing category except touchdowns per game, presenting a potential bounce-back opportunity for Jacobs in this matchup.
