Murray faces a highly favorable matchup against Detroit Lions in Week 8. Lions opponents have averaged a league-most 48 dropbacks per game, and five of six individual quarterbacks they've faced have scored in excess of 21 fantasy points. Murray's workload should increase significantly this week despite his Vikings having the league's largest point differential (+8.5) and his season-low 25 passes per game, as the Lions' secondary improvements (healthy return of S Brian Branch and increased usage of CB Khalil Dorsey in Week 7) still leave them a clear plus matchup.
