Bleeding Green Nation on Javonte Williams

Williams posted season-high 155 yards; 61 yards before contact exploited Eagles gaps

Williams dominated Eagles rushing defense with 155 yards on 25 carries, including 61 yards before contact and 94 yards after contact—both season-high numbers. The source notes the Cowboys entered the game with an ordinary rushing attack but the Eagles' poor run defense and gap integrity made their offensive line look elite. Williams benefited from horrendous Eagles run-defense fundamentals and poor angle-taking from safety Cooper DeJean.
