I am much more concerned about a talented Broncos defense rising to the occasion on Sunday than I am about Nix. Nix currently has a -0.1 EPA per dropback. The third-year pro is completing less than 60% of his passes and averaging less than six yards per attempt. Three times this season, Nix has failed to pass for 150 yards.

Nix's poor efficiency metrics (-0.1 EPA/play) make Denver's defense, not him, the real threat.

Broncos QB Bo Nix is unlikely to be the primary concern for Kansas City in Week 8; the source notes Nix currently has a -0.1 EPA per dropback, is completing less than 60% of his passes, averaging less than six yards per attempt, and has failed to pass for 150 yards three times this season. While Nix will probably play better than he did in Week 1 against the Chiefs, the source expects Denver's defense—not Nix—to be the deciding factor if the Broncos win.
