From the article

Matthew Golden had a league-leading 160 air yards against the Lions while Christian Watson finished with 88 air yards, the 17th most on the week. They both just ran cold. So it goes. Golden, by the bye, leads the NFL in air yards (941) and it's not particularly close.

Golden leads NFL in air yards (941) with elite opportunity despite Week 7 cold spell

Golden leads the NFL in air yards with 941 through seven weeks, significantly ahead of the field. Despite running cold in Week 7 against the Lions (160 air yards, league-leading on the week), his elite air yards volume suggests strong underlying opportunity and potential for positive regression in receiving production.
