Lamar Jackson sustained a high ankle sprain at the end of the first half of Week 4 against Tennessee and missed exactly half of his team's playing time through seven weeks. He returned to limited practice ahead of Week 7 after being held out for all practices in Weeks 5 and 6. Jackson told reporters on Friday, Oct. 23, he was 'headed in the right direction' but needed to feel like himself before playing; he ultimately missed Week 7 against Cincinnati. Ian Rapoport reported on Tuesday, Oct. 27, that Jackson will play in Week 8 against Buffalo, noting he is 'believed to be as close to 100% as he has been' and the Ravens expect him to play.
