The Eagles still blow the protection and allow a free rusher at Tanner McKee. The downfield route combination does not work, but the Cowboys leave Barkley completely uncovered in the flat. McKee finds the available answer, which is good, but this is hardly evidence that all the issues with this part of the offense have disappeared.

McKee found open receivers but benefited more from Cowboys mistakes than Eagles offensive execution.

McKee took snaps in the Eagles' game against Dallas and showed competence in finding available receivers when protection broke down. On the opening play, the Eagles ran under-center play-action despite blowing protection and allowing a free rusher; McKee found Barkley uncovered in the flat for a completion. The source respects the play-calling but notes the completion came more from Cowboys defensive mistakes than offensive design working as intended.
