Yahoo Sports NFL on Darius Cooper

Cooper's increased blocking involvement and receiver effort elevated Eagles run game to season-best level.

Cooper was one of the Eagles' two best blocking receivers and was involved more in the run game against Dallas, which helped turn several runs into much better plays. On a tunnel screen, Cooper forced defenders to miss and did a lot of the work himself despite imperfect blocking out front. The source praised the collective effort from receivers including Cooper, noting that when the line creates room and receivers sustain their blocks, a back has a much better chance of getting something worthwhile.
